1 CFBA4199-004 bonding leads are designed
specifically for Aerospace and Military
applications. They have undergone extensive
2 mechanical and electrical testing, including
flex testing to 250,000 cycles, sinusoidal and
random vibration cycles, salt mist testing and
3 temperature cycling.
CFBA4199-004 bonding leads are
4 manufactured from multi-layer round braid and
are available in tin-plated and nickel plated
copper in a variety of cross-sectional areas, RoHS
5 lengths and termination options. compliant

Operating Temperature
6 • Tin-plated copper: -65ºC to +150ºC Specifications/Approvals
• Tested to EN4199-001
• Nickel-plated copper: -65ºC to +260ºC
