Duralco™ High-Temperature Epoxies are unique, cross-linked, organic-inorganic polymer systems designed for use from -55ºC to +340ºC. They offer excellent adhesion, high-temperature stability, dielectric properties and superior chemical, corrosion and moisture resistance. They are ideal for assembly, castings, tooling, repairs and bonding. Widely used in high-performance motors, instruments, pumps, appliances, electronics, semiconductors, production applications.
Conductive adhesives and potting compounds provide the conductivity required for many high temperature electronic and industrial applications. They will bond to glass ceramics, metals and plastics, offering excellent resistance to most chemicals and solvents. Applications include solder replacement, semiconductor bonding, shielding electronics and circuit repair.
Thermally conductive adhesives and potting compounds provide the heat dissipation required for many high temperature electronic and industrial applications. These ultra temperature adhesives combine a unique polymer system and special thermally conductive fillers to provide continuous service up to +340ºC.
Flexible Ceramics up to 1,820ºC
Overcome health and safety hazards by using these asbestos-free materials. With asbestos limited to +650ºC, Ultra-Temp also has a significant temperature advantage. Properties include chemical and abrasion resistance, excellent thermal and electrical insulation, resistance to thermal shock and outstanding temperature stability. They are available in a wide range of formats, including tapes, cloths, sleeving, sheets and boards.

Castable and Machinable Ceramics up to 2,200ºC
Rescor® ceramics are easy to machine with conventional shop equipment and standard cutting tools. In comparison, traditional ceramics are difficult to machine or require extensive custom processing. Common properties include hhigh-temperaturestability, excellent electrical characteristics, very good corrosion, abrasion & chemical resistance plus surface temperatures ranging from +540ºC to +2200ºC, even in oxidising, reducing or vacuum atmospheres. Available in a wide range of shapes, including rods, bars, tubes, plates and blocks.

Resbond® High Temperature Ceramics speciality adhesives will bond to ceramics, metals, glass and plastics etc. for research, electronics, metallurgical, nuclear and industrial applications. They offer excellent high temperature stability, dielectric strength, mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance. They are resistant to molten metals, oxidising and reducing atmospheres, as well as most chemicals and solvents.
Resbond® adhesives are based on high purity ceramic binders and selected powders. They are easily cured at room temperature without objectionable odours or outgassing. Available in a wide range of viscosities, strengths, conductivities, expansion rates and dielectric strengths. Resbond® adhesives are designed to satisfy the most difficult application requirements.
