Solid State Relays, AC and DC

Solid state relay products include both AC and DC versions, with output ratings up to 25A. AC relays rated at 2A, 10A & 25A feature zero voltage turn on for reduced EMI. DC relays are offered with ratings up to 2A in several miniature hermetically sealed package configurations, some with optional isolated status lines and/or short circuit protection.
