Terminals and Splices
Wire to Wire Splicing
Overview
A SolderSleeve Splicing Devices 1
CWT, B-155 and D-1744
For crimp free sealed wire to wire splicing. In
a single step process they solder, insulate, 2
encapsulate and strain-relieve wire to wire
splices , in a wide range of wire sizes.
3
SolderGrip Closed End Connector
B SGRS
Closed-end connector utilising a spiral copper 4
coil that grips and compresses the conductors,
allows pre-fluxed solder ring to flow to the
5
centre of splicing area, resulting in a high-
reliability, repeatable joint.
6
DuraSeal Heat-Shrinkable Crimp Splices
C A D-406
Designed for OEM harness fabricators, repair 7
and maintenance, plus accessory installations.
DuraSeal Nylon crimp splices provide
watertight sealing and protection against 8
corrosion, abrasion, and vibration.
D MiniSeal Crimp Splices 9
D-436
Small, lightweight and low-profile MiniSeal
high performance crimp splices, substantially 10
reduce wire bundle size & weight, QPL listed to
the MIL-S-81824 specification.
11
Cold Applied Splice
E D-436-COLD 12
Simple one step immersion-resistant crimped
in-line splice, that requires no heat. Ideal for
Aerospace and Defence applications where 13
performance and reliability is essential. With
MIL-Spec approval.
14
200ºC MiniSeal Crimp Splices
F D-200
Small, lightweight, and low-profile MiniSeal 15
high crimp splices, substantially reduce wire
bundle size & weight, QPL listed to the MIL-
S-81824 specification and are required by the 16
MIL-W-5088 specification.
