• Component wires approved to Def Stan
61-12 (Part 18). Within this specification,

wires are categorised as Type 1 pliable,
or Type 2 non-pliable. Component wires

specific cable constructions. Alternative cable

layout or specialised shielding are available

approved wires and jackets and will meet the
full performance requirements of Def Stan
