1 Rayrim and TPEM are extruded strips
internally coated with heat activated adhesive,
so that on heating the profile changes from a
2 ‘V’ to form a ‘U’ and the adhesive bonds to the
substrate profile, typically electrical cabinets
and enclosures.

Manufactured from cross-linked Polyolefin,
offering a clean and rapid means of covering
4 edges for all round protection. The flexible
nature of the product allows application to both
internal and external radii, plus straight edges.

RAYRIM 25N/25mm minimum
6 TPEM 35N/25mm minimum
Operating Temperature
7 • From -55ºC to +80ºC
